What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Math Teacher position at RIVER VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT?
Preferred applicants will hold a Wisconsin certification to teach High School Mathematics with the ability or potential to teach AP classes. The applicant must possess excellent leadership, team-building, interpersonal and communication skills. Expertise in best math instructional practices, assessment, and integration of technology is desired. Candidates need to be student-centered and have the ability to create a culture for learning. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important for this position, as well as being able to individualize and use creative learning strategies to meet the needs of students at different learning levels and with a variety of learning styles.
