Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience in Horticulture, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or closely related field
•Valid or interest in pursuing the Vermont CTE Agricultural and Natural Resources teaching license via coursework with Vermont State University
•Demonstrated experience teaching or working with high school students
•Substantial hands-on expertise in horticulture, forestry, or landscape management
•Proven commitment to agricultural and environmental stewardship
Preferred Qualifications:
•Outdoor education experience
•Industry-specific certifications (e.g., Game of Logging, OSHA safety credentials)
•School Bus Endorsement (MUSAB)
