Summary/objective
Texarkana Tractor Company manages thirteen dealerships, comprised of ten Kubota dealerships and three New Holland dealerships throughout east Texas and central Arkansas. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide pertinent information about the company’s products and service offerings. The main objective of this position is to manage a team of people to ensure optimum service delivery, resulting in maximum productivity and client satisfaction. It is required that the candidate has reliable transportation and be available to work on Saturdays as needed.
Essential Functions
- Manages material and parts per production schedules and commitments
- Monitors and troubleshoots all backorders and communicates and provides technical assistance to parts sales and customers
- Consistently reviews the parts inventory database and places orders as needed
- Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Monitoring the current parts inventory
- Pricing parts to maintain profitability
- Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
- Helping customers find and purchase the correct parts
- Overseeing special orders
- Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
- Hiring, supervising, and training parts department staff members

Work Environment
Occasional travel to job sites or for training is required. The ability to work in both warehouse and office environments is necessary. Collaboration with team members outside the office may also be necessary, which will require tolerance for loud, fast-paced, and sometimes dirty conditions.
