Summary/objective

Texarkana Tractor Company manages thirteen dealerships, comprising ten Kubota dealerships and three New Holland dealerships throughout east Texas and central Arkansas. Our primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide pertinent information about the company’s products and service offerings. The main objective of this position is to manage a team of people to ensure optimum service delivery, resulting in maximum productivity and client satisfaction. The candidate must have reliable transportation and be available to work on Saturdays as needed.

Work Environment

Occasionally travel to job sites or training, work in both outside and inside environments. At times, temperatures may be below 30 degrees or may exceed 90 degrees. Occasionally (< 30 % of the time). There may be intermittent exposure to vibration and noises over 85 dB and exposure to non-toxic fumes, grease, oils, and gases.

Physical Demands

Work involves bending, stooping, and standing approximately 10% of the time. However, most work will require typing, reviewing information on monitors, sitting at a desk, and answering phones.

Travel required: 10%-30%

Required education and experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excel
• Sales

• Bachelor’s degree in business or service management
• Ability to review and understand manufacture-specific websites (proficiently)
• Tag-In Equipment
• Kubota-specific experience (RVT)
