Director of Nursing - DON (RN - Registered Nurse)

As Director of Nursing - DON (RN - Registered Nurse), you will:
- Develop and maintain nursing service goals and standards of practice
- Participate in nursing department staffing (recruit, select, assign, orient, in-service, supervise, evaluate, retain, terminate)
- Collaborate with the Administrator and Center leadership to meet Center goals
- Coordinates nursing services with other services such as medical, rehabilitation, social services, and activities
- Administer and evaluate all nursing service programs to maintain standards of patient care
Qualifications for Director of Nursing - DON (RN - Registered Nurse):
- Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions (required)
- Current CPR Certification
- Five years' experience in a nursing leadership role (preferred)
- Long-Term/Rehab/Memory Care experience (preferred)
