As a Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate and maintain nursing department schedules
- Assure daily staffing needs are consistent with facility standards
- Maintain nursing time and attendance records
Qualifications for a Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator:
- Planning and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral, and establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in computer software, especially Microsoft Office products
