Riverview Rehabilitation and Nursing is a CMS 5-Star facility located in historic Owego NY and is a 77-bed offering skilled nursing and short-term rehab services. The facility is located on the banks of the Susquehanna River offering stunning views and sounds of the river.
Riverview Rehabilitation and Nursing is accepting applications for Food Service Director. Successful candidate’s prior experience / qualification to include but not limited to :
Knowledge of regulatory compliance
Food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace standards a must.
Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, and payroll management are required.
Duties include ordering and purchasing of food and equipment and planning menus and supervising staff.
Knowledgeable of production procedures, recipes, and therapeutic diets.
Certified Dietary Manager or equivalent certification
