What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Hospice Liaison position at Rivercross Healthcare?
Rivercross Healthcare is looking for an experienced Clinical Liaison/Business Development Liaison. Some of the job duties will include:
- Developing new service areas and improving current services
- Meets with potential patients and families to discuss hospice services
- Helps gather information regarding patients' qualification for care
- Researches and follows up on new opportunities to increase hospice services
- Stays up to date with Hospice trends and helps determine new ways to serve clients
- Follows up when patients are admitted to the hospital from Hospice services
- Coordinates information to the Hospice Team

Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in medical sector
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated negotiation and account management skills
- Background in business development, specifically within hospice care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
