Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Service Valet to be an integral part of our service team. As a Service Valet, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and courteous valet services, creating a positive and lasting impression on our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival at the dealership.
- Take possession of customers' vehicles and carefully park them in designated areas.
- Retrieve customers' vehicles promptly and safely when service is completed.
- Pick up and drop off vehicles at the customer's home or workplace
- Ensure the vehicle returns to the customer cleaner than it came in
- Assist with shuttle services for customers, ensuring timely transportation as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service area, including the valet staging and parking areas.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members to coordinate vehicle movements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to handle a variety of vehicle types, including luxury vehicles.
- Punctuality and reliability in attendance.
