Job Overview
We are seeking experience, enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our Off Site Catering team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience during events and functions. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining a high standard of hospitality, and working collaboratively with other staff members to create an inviting atmosphere.
Willingness to work nights, weekends a must.

Duties
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
- Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are adhered to throughout the event.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during events.
- Assist in the breakdown of banquet setups after events, including cleaning and storing equipment per venue requirements.
- Assist in unloading/loading of Catering Vehicles if needed
Skills
- Excellent guest services skills, ensuring a welcoming environment for all attendees.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to maintain safety standards.
- Experience in bussing tables and providing efficient service in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, for effective interaction with guests and team members.
