Riverpoint Medical in Portland Oregon is looking to hire a Document Control Analyst II. At Riverpoint you will be part of the process that brings great technology to Medical, Dental and Veterinary markets. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of premium medical devices. Our ingenuity can be found in our suture technologies, sports medicine fibers and anchors, surgical lighting, and special needle technologies. The Riverpoint Medical Document Control Analyst II will work within the quality system. They will be responsible for maintaining quality system SOPs, work instructions, forms and records as part of the product lifecycle management system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the change management system through document change control
• Copy, scan, and store documentation
• File documentation in physical and digital storage locations
• Create documentation templates for future use
• Retrieve files as requested by employees, customers and external regulators
• Facilitate the change management process of quality system related documentation within the organization
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
• May create and file employee training records
• May perform duties related to sterile lot release including record review to verify conformance to established requirements and data logger review
• Perform moisture testing to support product performance studies or investigations
• May include other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications:
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Data organization skills and attention to detail
• Computer skills, including Word and Excel
• Good technical writing skills
• High School Diploma, Associate , Bachelor Degree or relevant field preferred
