Data Governance Analyst
We are seeking a Data Governance Analyst Consultant local to Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and ensuring the quality of Human Resources (HR) master data, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and implement data governance strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and ensure the quality of HR master data.
- Define key data elements and collaborate with IT on data build, test, and implementation.
- Curate and catalog HR data elements.
- Implement role-based data security.
- Create and maintain documentation, including data lineage and flow diagrams.
- Support data governance program strategies and project plans.
- Identify and resolve data-related issues with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement data standards, policies, and procedures.
