Senior IT Staffing Account Manager

Objectives of this role :
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Work with sales and other internal teams to ensure KPIs are being met.
- Actively seek out and develop new client relationships to expand our customer base.
Responsibilities :
Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential clients.Required skills and qualifications :
Professional experience in a technology sales role.Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Additional Requirements :
Over 5 years of experience in the Staffing and IT Services sector, with expertise in IT Staffing, Managed Services, and Statements of Work (SOW).More than 5 years of experience in supporting Technical Staffing opportunities, demonstrating technological proficiency.At least 5 years of sales experience, particularly in nurturing existing client relationships.A minimum of 5 years in business development, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding the portfolio.5 years of experience in account management.Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.3 years of participation in local customer and networking events.Skilled in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Experience in selling across various industries.Willingness to travel for client meetings.Compensation : This position offers a competitive salary and uncapped commission.
