Summary : Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced and dynamic Audio Visual Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, testing, and maintaining AV systems, conducting research on emerging technologies, and providing exceptional support for events and user requirements. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent communication skills to ensure the highest quality AV services throughout the property.
Essential Job Functions :
- Survey, design, install, and test hardware and software system elements.
- Research and develop emerging technologies and applications in the AV industry.
- Attend event planning meetings and walk-throughs with clients.
- Conduct pre-event tests and verify equipment with BEO Order.
- Monitor audio and video quality throughout events as needed.
- Devise solutions for complex customer problems.
- Setup and tear down for onsite and offsite activities.
- Maintain RF-IP Video network throughout the property.
- Provide end-user support with scheduling software and web applications.
- Maintain LCD, DLP, and LED displays / projectors throughout the property.
- Deliver audio across the property in a flexible and dynamic manner.
- Support user requirements for audio delivery.
- Maintain components necessary for audio delivery needs.
- Assist with entertainment setup, performance, and teardown.
- Conduct site certification surveys.
- Maintain AV equipment and systems inventory.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on AV equipment and systems.
- Create, modify, and deploy control system programming source code for room installations.
- Create system designs, procurement lists, and price structures for client budget planning.
- Review engineering drawings of projects and proposals.
- Possess working knowledge of video production and editing.
- Perform other marketing duties as assigned.
