Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- A current Minnesota license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Five years of acute care nursing experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, preferred qualifications include:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Emergency Department and/or critical care nursing experience.
