Position Title: RN House Manager

Job Description: The RN House Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring quality patient care through effective management and supervision of patient care areas. As the on-site administrator after normal business hours, they possess the authority to make administrative decisions and notify the Administrator on Call when necessary. The RN House Manager shares responsibility for evaluating and managing departmental resources, coordinating personnel and other resources to meet patient care functions in a cost-effective manner.

- Collaborate with teams to provide crisis management and ensure timely communication between departments.
- Interpret policy and procedure to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Represent the organizational leadership across all venues, making decisions and acting on behalf of the leadership team as needed.

- Interpret policy and procedure to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Represent the organizational leadership across all venues, making decisions and acting on behalf of the leadership team as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Minnesota license.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association and ACLS; certification in TNCC or CALS and PALS or ENPC within 6 months of hire.
- Five years of acute care nursing experience.
- One year of leadership experience (charge nurse, supervisory role, manager).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
- Emergency Department and/or critical care nursing experience.
- Demonstrated interpersonal relationship skills that enhance communication, promote conflict resolution, and facilitate staff mentoring and development.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in stressful situations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
