Base Pay: $44.08 - $65.19 per Hour
Description: The RN House Manager is a key role at Rivers Edge Hospital, responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality patient care in a safe and efficient manner. This involves effective management and supervision of patient care areas during assigned tours of duty.
Responsibilities: As the on-site administrator after normal business hours, the House Manager has authority to make administrative decisions and notify the Administrator on Call as needed. They are also responsible for evaluating and managing departmental resources, coordinating personnel and other resources to meet patient care functions, and collaborating with colleagues to provide crisis management, interpret policy and procedure, and ensure timely communication.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, applicants must have:
- A current Minnesota nursing license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association and ACLS
- Five years of acute care nursing experience
- One year of leadership experience
