Job Overview :
As a Sales Representative at REAMCO, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. This role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a proactive sales approach to help grow our presence in the electrical equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and distributors.
- Prepare and submit quotes for government contracts under WOSB certification.
- Provide technical information and product recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate records.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Manage and create content for company social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to build the REAMCO brand, including outreach, marketing initiatives, and online presence.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in electrical manufacturing, industrial equipment, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of switchgear, electrical apparatus, or power distribution systems (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel as needed nationwide.

The base compensation range for this position is listed below and based on experience. This position is also eligible for quarterly bonuses based on meeting sales quotas, in addition to an annual bonus if all yearly goals are met.
