Job Description
As a Skilled Operation Support Maintenance and Facilities Technician, you'll be responsible for supporting production, quality, cost, and safety goals of the manufacturing operation and plant facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring they function optimally.
- Process and equipment improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Effective troubleshooting, quickly diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Industrial maintenance experience or military background.
- Electrical and mechanical knowledge, including circuit analysis, wiring, and motor control.
- Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with a strong ability to analyze complex issues.
- Technical skills in PLCs, computers, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, motion/motor control, welding, machining, and robotics.
- Ability to work any shift, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
