What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance position at Riverside Auto Group 1?
Dagenais Real Estate is looking for a full time Property Maintenance employee. This position is Monday through Friday, no weekends. The Property Maintenance Worker is responsible for the overall upkeep of Dagenais Enterprises Properties, including Camp Dodge.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Removing trash and debris from all public areas of properties
- Paint and perform general public area upkeep duties as directed and required.
- Shovel snow/ice as requested and required. Plow snow.
- Mow the grass as requested and required.
- Clean any areas of the properties as directed and requested.
- Expected to communicate with all building patrons in a friendly and pleasant manner.
- Responsible to notify management of any situations that need immediate attention and/or anything that needs to be fixed.
This is a physically demanding position. The property maintenance employee will stand 6 to 8 hours per day. Includes lifting up to 50 pounds several times during a shift. Will stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle and feel. Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes and a variety of other hazardous and nonhazardous materials.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be detail oriented and flexible, able to help out in any areas as requested.
- Must be able to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Valid Drivers License
