Overview
The Office Manager handles the day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, task delegation, and working with other managers and department personnel. If you are an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats this is the job for you.
The ideal candidate has a Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred with at least 3 years experience as a Office Manager in the Automotive Industry or equivalent combination of education and experience. He or she must be detail-oriented and good with numbers and proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Certified Public Accountants (CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities
- Supervise office staff, including receptionist and cashier.
- Process Doc, Flooring, Payoffs, Advances and Post EFTs.
- Review journal entries and approve any adjustments to inventory and expense accounts.
- Maintain and post monthly standard entries.
- Review and assist to clean schedules
- Work with office staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Complete end-of-month accounting reports.
- Set up and maintain accruals for expenses, e.g. advertising, insurance, professional expenses.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Minimum 3-5 years Automotive Office Manager experience a MUST!
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and informatio
- Experience in all dealership accounting functions and knowledge of all aspects of automotive dealerships.
- Working knowledge of dealership financial statements.
- Ability to explain technical financial information in an understandable manner
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional personal appearance.
