Home Based Family Therapy Program Director

Riverside Community Care is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as the Home-Based Family Therapy Program Director!
The Home-Based Family Therapy Program Director provides role modeling and leadership to cultivate a program environment for staff and clients that ensures a strong commitment to culture and belonging in all aspects of work.
The Home-Based Family Therapy Program Director Will
- Provide overall leadership and program management for all aspects of the insurance funded CBHI In Home and Therapeutic Mentoring services
- Manage staff supervision, budget oversight, and compliance with regulations
- Ensure that all clinical services are delivered at the highest level to meet youth and family’s needs
- Provide oversight and work closely with clinical and administrative staff to implement treatment plans, evaluate outcomes, and contribute to the program’s ongoing improvement
- Plan, direct and participate in the daily operation of the program ensuring quality of care, appropriate staffing and staff support and effective participation in the wider service system to ensure continuity of consumer care
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Deep understanding of clinical services, particularly within the DMH sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive work environment.
- Ability to manage budgets and financials effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Required Skills
- Valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
- Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health discipline and Independent Licensure (LICSW or LMHC)
- Two years' management/supervisory or administrative experience in similar mental health setting
- Clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting required with child specific clinical work
