Position Summary:
The Food & Beverage Supervisor at Riverside Country Club serves as the lead operational supervisor in the absence of management. This role requires a visible and active presence on the dining room floor during meal service, ensuring exceptional member satisfaction through attentive service and prompt resolution of any concerns.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the Manager on Duty, overseeing dining and beverage operations in the absence of departmental managers.

Maintain consistent visibility and presence on the dining room floor during meal services, interacting with members and guests.

Monitor service standards, ensuring food and beverage quality and presentation meet club expectations.

Respond promptly and effectively to member requests or issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Supervise, train, and provide guidance to food and beverage staff to maintain exceptional service standards.

Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Assist management with administrative tasks, including shift reports, inventory control, and operational checklists.

Uphold and enforce all club policies, safety regulations, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a food and beverage operation, preferably in a club or fine dining establishment.
