Daytime Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash accurately.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members positively.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or cocktail preparation is a plus.
• Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is beneficial.
• A friendly demeanor with the ability to help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
