As a storytelling company, creative marketing is at the core of our strategy. We’re looking for a Director of Creative with a strong business understanding and a proven track record of building brands through creative marketing.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead our creative team and shape our brand. This role combines the responsibilities of a traditional Creative Director with elements of brand management, focusing on delivering innovative and impactful creative solutions that align with our company‘s strategic goals.
What you’ll do :
- Creative Strategy : Develop and implement innovative strategies that align with our brand objectives and business goals.
- Creative Execution : Oversee the creative process from concept to execution across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Brand Management : Own the visual brand identity and ensure consistency in brand messaging through all customer interactions and tailored campaigns.
- Campaign Development & Execution : Lead the creative ideation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, events, webinars, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Project Management : Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative marketing team. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, high achievement, and continuous learning.
