About the role
As an Account Executive at Riverside, you will be an integral part of our growth engine, driving revenue by building relationships with prospective enterprise leads and turning them into happy Riverside clients. You'll manage inbound leads, take outbound meetings set by our BD team, and handle the full sales cycle through the onboarding of new users.

About you
You are a hard-working, open-minded salesperson capable of engaging in executive-level as well as more technical conversations. You are a team player, a quick learner and ideally have experience selling into large, Fortune 500 enterprises. You understand the buyer journey, employ a consultative selling approach, and can lead shorter, single-stakeholder deals as well as complex, multi-team deals.
What you'll be doing
- Candidate must be located in Canada or US and available to work EST hours
- Previous SaaS experience
- Conduct discovery with prospective leads (inbound and outbound)
- Tailor demos of Riverside's enterprise platform to different buyer personas
- Own the full sales cycle from initial lead to close
- Develop relationships with prospective clients and pursue expansion opportunities within organizations
- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
- Engage with BD, Marketing and Product to help amplify our growth trajectory
- Report progress and metrics and present periodic proposals to management on ways to improve the sales process
- Consistently achieve a quota to meet team revenue and growth objectives
