We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who has an eye for exceptional talent. Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle E2E recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and making job offers.
- Analyze the entire recruitment funnel in order to identify bottlenecks and expedite recruitment processes.
- Partner with hiring managers, being their focal point and trusted advisors.
- Keep an eye on talent market trends and provide valuable insights for decision makers.
