What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospital Liaison / Marketing Director position at Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center?
Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently interviewing for a Hospital Liaison / Marketing Director. We are seeking an individual with previous SNF sales and marketing experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promoting the facility throughout the area community
- Knowledge of long-term care admission requirements
- Work with the regional, Director of Nursing and Administrator on referrals
- Developing and maintaining relationships with area referral sources
- Coordinating the admissions process of referred residents
- Knowledge and understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay and Third Party reimbursement.
- Welcoming new residents and assigning them to their care team.
- Managing all relationships with residents and hospitals, doctors, and facility staff.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry preferred
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working contacts to referral sources is a plus.
