As an RN on our new ventilator unit, you will be responsible for leading an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding respiratory therapists and nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
