What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beverage Convenience Sales Development Representative position at Riverside Refreshments?
Our Riverside Refreshments Beverage team is currently looking for a Beverage Convenience Store Sales Development Representative to support the beverage day to day operations . This position responsibilities include building relationships with convenience stores, introducing new brands to customers, installation of cold drink equipment and re-setting shelf space. This is a highly visible role and work is often performed in high-traffic guest areas; therefore, the ability to perform tasks and provide basic guest interaction will be expected. Successful candidates will be a role model for others and will work productively with little supervision.
General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for calling on convenience stores and other small format accounts.
- Responsible for introducing new brands to customers.
- Responsible for installing cold drink equipment into convenience stores.
- Responsible for re-setting shelf space in convenience stores to grow business.
- Performs additional duties within scope of the role as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to be a role model for others and work with little supervision.
- Must be outgoing, highly motivated person who enjoys working on a team.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check, Criminal Background Check, and Drug Screening
Experience/Knowledge:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Beverage and/or Food Service experience preferred; however, not required.
