Responsibilities
Riverside Research is seeking a senior dynamic, strategic, operational, and growth focused Director to lead the Airborne Reconnaissance Directorate Group in Beavercreek, OH. The Director will lead a team of 6 Managers, and 107 employees. This operational and growth-oriented individual will lead a stable and passionate team providing engineering, program management, and logistics support focused on serving the national interest. The Director will supervise and coordinate the work of a diverse team of professionals working in the Dayton, OH office and in multiple contractor and customer locations.
Responsibilities of the Director include but are not limited to:
- Provide project management support for customer funded research and development efforts and help to define and implement a long-term strategy and vision for the group
- Supervise managers and be ultimately responsible for innovative solutions for our customers
- Assist in developing financial strategy, develop revenue projections, and oversee overhead/travel budgets for the group
- Broaden our impact within the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center and other government organizations. This includes developing relationships with the staff at these organizations, clearly communicating Riverside Research’s unique technical value proposition, and directing the preparation of proposals, white papers, demos, and presentations
- Collaborate with the other Groups to advance new growth opportunities for Riverside Research

Qualifications
- Active TS clearance
- A bachelor’s degree or above
- Strong technical acumen
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience in DoD program management within the last 10 years
- Direct experience with AFLCM or similar US Government / DoD agency. Experience with multiple agencies is highly desirable
- Experience in managing diverse teams/programs in multiple locations (at least 5 years)
- Collaborative leader with the highest integrity and moral compass
- An established professional reputation for excellence in customer support and program execution, with sound business judgment, well-developed management skills, and the personal ambition to play a major role in the growth and success of a high-end government services company with a strong heritage for high quality and responsive service to its clients.
