Responsibilities:
Riverside Research is seeking dynamic, strategic, operational, and growth focused Project Managers focused on providing innovative solutions to the Defense and Intelligence Communities for Beavercreek, OH and Fairfax, VA offices.

- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Collaborate with the government customer and technical leads to develop long-term strategies and prioritize near-term tasking
- Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with government and contract mission partners across the intelligence community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD)
- Execute with minimal oversight program management duties that include, but are not limited to, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining work plans and timelines, tracking and projecting program spending, preparing status reports/briefs, and ensuring program status is communicated to all stakeholders
- Work closely with the customer, cross-functional teams, and assigned engineers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and schedule
- Manage subcontracting, consulting, and procurement activities for assigned programs
- Assess program issues and develop resolutions to meet schedule, quality, and customer goals
- Identify and capture new growth opportunities to expand business portfolio and technical offerings
- Other duties as assigned
- Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business field
- 8 years of DoD/IC experience with at least 3 years in program/project management
- Demonstrated experience creating and presenting reports, briefings, and program related information to a variety of government and internal stakeholders
- Experience managing complex projects, short deadlines, and competing priorities
- Experience managing financials across a variety of projects and contracts
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, leadership, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Active TS with SCI eligibility within the last 2 years (able to obtain CI Poly) OR Active TS/SCI CI Poly
- Technical background in materials research, DEW/CDEW, software development or a similar related area
- Experience identifying and executing on-contract growth opportunities
- Experience building and growing business with DoD/IC customers
- Entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated expertise driving and building new product lines
- Experience in proposal development process
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with DARPA, AFRL, and NGA government customer such as is a plus
Salary : $101,800 - $170,000
