Job Type : Full-Time
Pay : $30.00-$36.00 / hour based on experience
Qualifications :
- Three years of experience in landscape construction
- Ability to operate company equipment : skid steer, mini excavator, mini-skid steer, tracked loader, chop saws, etc.
- Ability to operate a transit, shoot grades, and grade sites
- Ability to lay out a job site and order materials
- Ability to perform daily preventative maintenance on company equipment
- Ability to read landscape plans and drawings
- MCLP or can obtain the designation
- Physical capability to handle the workload of a construction laborer
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
- No criminal record
- Valid MA hydraulics license
- Valid driver's license & are insurable
