At Riverside Services, we’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Class B Specialty Foreman ($28-$35 per hour) to deliver high-end landscaping services. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee a team, operate specialized equipment, and ensure that every project reflects the luxury standards our clients expect. Your Role in the Story
As a Class B Specialty Foreman, you’ll take charge of specialized landscaping tasks such as mulching, pruning, edging, and seasonal color enhancements. With your expertise in operating a Class B (Bark Blower) truck and other equipment, combined with your leadership skills, you’ll guide your team in maintaining impeccable standards of safety, professionalism, and quality.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a crew of 2–4 employees to deliver luxury-level landscaping services.
- Perform and oversee tasks like mulching, pruning, edging, and specialty landscape enhancements.
- Operate a Class B bark blower truck and other specialized equipment with precision and care.
- Conduct job site safety briefings and ensure all crew members follow personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.
- Train your team to meet and exceed high-end service standards, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and crew members to ensure satisfaction and clear expectations.
- Track and record job-related expenses and hours, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site that reflects the premium service Riverside Services is known for.
