Description
- Handle ticket escalations from level 1 support
- Assist with maintaining and updating Office 365
- Setup and image PC's for deployment
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting systems, printers and desktop/laptop components
- Provide support and installation for software applications
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT hardware and software assets
- Use remote access software to troubleshoot technical problems
- Setup and maintain tablets used in trucks
- Assist in troubleshooting and configuring phone system
- Manage audio and video needs from other departments
- Assist with basic Android tablet troubleshooting
- Assist with setup and maintaining of security and patch management
- Assist with general printer maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Assist with creation of documentation
- Rotational on-call support
- Additional duties and projects as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of remote support tools
- Familiar with SAAS VOIP phone system(s)
- Working knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiar with basic printer troubleshooting and web-based configuration panels
- Knowledge of desktops, laptops, and other common office peripherals
- Familiar with Windows OS, Android OS, and Apple iOS
- Experience using command prompt and PowerShell
- Experience maintaining and managing 0365, users, groups, distros, and licensing
- Experience utilizing ticketing system within IT context
- Comfort working within a team environment and/or independently
- Self-starter with ability to manage time effectively and complete required projects on time
- Ability to identify the elements of a situation/ability to visualize, articulate and solve problems
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
