The Construction Safety Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and health of all personnel on construction sites. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs tailored to construction site operations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices, emergency procedures, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety considerations into construction planning and execution.
- Monitor compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations, including workers' compensation laws.
- Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related inquiries on construction sites.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
