RiverSpring Living is seeking a Director of Sales to join our dynamic team!
The RiverSpring Living campus is set on 32 acres overlooking the Hudson River, in Riverdale, New York. RiverSpring Living provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, managed long term care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care.
The Director of Sales is an integral part of the RiverSpring Continuum of Care which includes the Senior Living Sales and Marketing Division. This role is responsible for building and growing the senior housing census by developing relationships with existing referrers and developing new leads through an account management system as well as the optimization of cross utilization of continuum services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Direct the sales and marketing functions of the community including effectively selling the community’s services and the RiverSpring Living community through networking, event planning, sales, public relations, community events and developing relationships with the surrounding community of health care providers and referral sources.
Census stabilization of RiverSpring Senior Housing’s Private Pay and Medicaid Assisted Livings and Independent Living Apartments census.
Appropriate reporting of community outreach effort outcomes and direction on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Prepare and complete action plans
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
Resolve problems
Complete audits
Identify trends
