Job Type :

Full – Time both day and night shifts available – 7AM to 7PM and 7PM to 7AM

Position : Certified Medication Technician

Key Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medications to residents.
Accurately document medication administration and Resident information, update when needed, and communicate with our pharmacy and families.
Assist Activities Director as needed with residents activities.
Assist with the hiring of Certified Nursing Aid’s and oversee your team in daily care for our residents.
Ensure compliance with all state and local laws pertaining to assisted living and memory care.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by following Riverstone’s infection control policy.
Oversee correct documentation of incidents and change in condition.
Lead your team in training and quality of care.
Communicate effectively with peers, your team and Resident Care Director

Qualifications

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification

CPR certification preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic Computer skills and knowledge in EMR for documentation purposes

Previous experience in a memory care setting strongly preferred

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Strong leadership

Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $20.00 / hour.
