Position : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Type :
Full-Time both day and night shifts available - 7AM to 7PM and 7PM to 7AM with rotating weekends off

Job Summary :
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Riverstone Memory Care Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will work with a team to assist residents with daily activities, provide compassionate care, and ensure their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to your lead CMA
- Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning residents
- Provide incontinent care
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Assist with meal set up and feeding
- Document care provided and update resident records accurately
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain resident confidentiality
- Provide a safe and supported environment that prioritizes the health and well being of our residents
