REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters Degree in Educational Leadership
- Wyoming PTSB Principal Certification at the appropriate grade level
- Three or more years experience as a certified teacher
POSITION SUMMARY
To assist the principal in performing duties that will promote the educational welfare of all students.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume responsibility for the Principal’s duties in his/her absence.
- Supervises the reporting and monitoring of student attendance for investigative follow-up.
- Assists in maintaining discipline throughout the student body and deals with special cases, as necessary, in accordance with district policies.
- Proposes schedules of classes and extracurricular activities.
- Assists the principal in the supervision and evaluation of staff members, providing assistance as needed.
- Assists the principal in the overall administration of the school.
- Assumes shared responsibility with other administrators for public information activities in support of stated district objectives, e.g. bond issues, legislation, etc.
- Supports, interprets, and implements board policies, administrative regulations, and directives. Assists in the development of policies and regulations.
- Serves with parent, faculty, and student groups as requested, in advancing educational related activities and objectives.
- Assists in the planning and monitoring of the curricular and instructional programs.
- Performs such other duties and assumes such other responsibilities as the principal may assign.
- Other duties as assigned.

EVALUATION
Performance on this job will be evaluated by the immediate administrative supervisor in accordance with school board policy and administrative regulations on evaluation of certified or classified personnel.
SALARY SCHEDULE
This position will be paid according to the approved Certified Teacher salary schedule.
$93,500-$113,000
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
210 days as designated by Contract unless otherwise assigned by supervisor.
CLEARANCES
Employment is contingent on a local, state, and federal criminal background clearance.
