Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Technician to provide ongoing maintenance services for the commercial properties that we own. This role ensures the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facilities, handling routine repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and minor repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal condition.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facility management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and perform hands-on repairs.

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
