JOB SUMMARY
Guest Service Specialists ensure positive guest experiences. This role demands strong customer service, excellent communication, and efficient problem-solving. Specialists are the primary guest contact, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
· Exceptional Customer Service, greeting guests with warmth, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a delightful experience for all guests.
· Consistently monitor and uphold the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk, retail merchandise area, Breakfast area for guests and communal spaces, crafting an inviting and safe ambiance.
· Responsively manage phone calls and emails, furnishing information about our services, packages, facilities, and more.
· Assist customers in booking reservations for hotel rooms and salon appointments, ensuring accuracy and scheduling convenience.
· Accurately input customer information, reservations, and transactions into computer systems, ensuring up-to-date and organized records.
· Offer information about bookings, salon services, pricing, and special promotions or packages in all of the resort.
· Accurately process point-of-sale transactions for reservations, and salon services, Provide receipts, and address payment-related matters.
· Maintain an up-to-date digital booking system that includes hotel reservations, appointments, and events to effectively coordinate operations.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Proficiency in proper phone etiquette and business email communication.
· Experience in booking clients for salon appointments or hotel reservation
· Previous work experience in a fast-paced or high-traffic customer service environment.
· Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
· You may be expected to work at three different locations, light travel is required
· Working early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends are required.
· All other duties asked by your Manager/Supervisor
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent
· A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
· Front desk experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
