Senior Director of Quality Enhancement - Full-time

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for guiding the Company in designing, developing, and implementing processes, procedures and systems that will ensure effective quality services. These will guide the CARF accreditation process, ensure compliance with governmental regulations, and promote a delivery of quality services that supports and reflects the Company's Mission and Vision. Responsible for overall corporate quality enhancement initiatives and efforts. 

Job Duties:

1. Provides assistance to programs to create systems to track and monitor data to ensure indicators, as well as personal outcome measures are being addressed for individuals being served. 

2. Assists programs in identifying outcome measures, developing methods to measure indicators, and monitoring the identified areas. 

3 Identifies QE trends and cooperatively works with programs to implement changes for quality enhancement, as needed. 

4. Identifies quality assurance problem areas and develops appropriate plans of correction. 

5. Coordinates findings from external programs and quality reviews. Monitors improvement. 

6. Completes audits to assure the accuracy and integrity of operational data. 

7. Assists programs in creation and oversight of quality enhancement initiatives such as annual quality enhancement plans, person centered supports, increasing natural support networks, etc.   

8. Provides support to program areas in recommending changes, resources, and performance improvement systems based on data and findings from quality measures and reviews. 

9. Prepares statistical and other informative reports relating to quality enhancement and improvement. 

10. Makes recommendations to management to make changes that reflect continuous quality enhancement. 

11. Provides guidance to programs in formulating, interpreting, and executing policies and applicable rules, regulations, and accreditation standards. 

12. Responsible for the overall coordination of CARF accreditation. 

13. Fosters collaborative working relationships among members of the leadership and management teams and programs. 

14. Other duties as assigned.
