Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our campus grounds and landscapes. This includes a variety of tasks aimed at keeping our outdoor spaces aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities:

• Perform regular lawn maintenance, including sod laying, mowing, trimming, and edging.
• Plant, water, fertilize, and care for a variety of plants, flowers, and shrubs.
• Dig, rake, and clean up yard debris to ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• Install, maintain, and repair sprinkler systems to ensure proper irrigation.
• Provide snow removal services during inclement weather to ensure safe and accessible pathways.
• Monitor the health of plants and lawns.
• Assist with the planning and execution of landscape projects and improvements.

Groundskeeper Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of lawn care, horticulture, and basic irrigation systems.
• Ability to operate and maintain various landscaping equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
