Environmental Services Team Member Job Responsibilities:
As a member of our Environmental Services team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and laundry services
- Routine dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Equipment cleaning and sanitizing
- Floor/wall/ceiling cleaning
- Trash removal
- Restocking supplies
- Washing linens and making beds
- Biohazardous waste removal
Environmental Services Team Member Job Requirements:
- Background check and drug screen required.
- CPR certification within the first 30 days of employment (class provided).
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Responsible, honest, and ethical in all situations.
- Compassionate, understanding, socially accepting of other cultures, open-mindedness, and a patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Housekeeping experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
