Qualifications:
- NJ Licensure as a Professional Registered Nurse
- AHA BLS Certification
- BSN Degree- Strongly preferred
- Three to five (3-5) years of operating room/surgical experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive leadership team
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- Robotics experience
- Excellent communication, facilitation and delegation skills
- Experience in an operating room. Familiarity with equipment and instruments used in this area, medical terminology, supply management experience. Knowledge of computer systems used in the operating room and materials management. Excellent organizational skills and work with minimal supervision.
- Two (2) years of surgical experience in a clinical specialty service line preferred
- Experience with mentor-ship, education and training of staff nurses
- CNOR Certification or National Accreditation within one year
