What You’ll Do:
Oversee the daily operations of the business office, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
- Manage and oversee billing processes, working closely with residents, families, and staff to ensure accuracy and excellent customer service.
- Serve as the primary customer service contact for billing inquiries, providing clear and compassionate communication.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts related to labor, taxes, and other payroll-associated expenses.
- Manage and file federal, state, and local taxes, along with workers’ compensation reporting.
- Assist in overseeing accounts receivable (AR) processes while supporting the AR and AP team as needed.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to accounting and billing systems.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership and department teams to support budgeting and resource management.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment, building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
