As a Support Care Aide, your role will be essential to creating a comfortable, clean, and nurturing home-like atmosphere, where clients and their loved ones can focus on what truly matters.

Support Care Aide Job Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure rooms, bathrooms, and common areas remain tidy and hygienic, carrying out dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping as needed.
- Laundry Services: Oversee all aspects of laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and personal items to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
- Meal Preparation: Assist in planning and preparing nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating dietary needs and preferences and cooking or baking as needed.
- Shopping and Stocking: Take responsibility for grocery shopping, keeping kitchen supplies, toiletries, and household essentials stocked and well-organized.
- Household Management: Maintain a well-organized environment by managing inventory, ordering supplies, and keeping detailed expense records.
- Compassionate Support: Provide a warm, empathetic presence for clients and families, engaging with them thoughtfully while respecting their privacy and confidentiality.
