Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will collect, organize, and analyze complex data to inform business decisions, identify trends, and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection and Management : Gather data from various sources, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and completeness.

2. Data Analysis : Apply statistical techniques, data modeling, and data visualization tools to analyze data and identify insights.

3. Reporting and Visualization : Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

4. Business Intelligence : Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, such as data warehouses and ETL processes.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

6. Process Improvement : Continuously monitor and improve data analysis processes and tools.

7. Ad-hoc Analysis : Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide timely insights to support business decisions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree : In Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

2. 2 years : Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field.

3. Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.

1. Soft Skills :

Nice to Have

1. Master's degree : In Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

2. Certifications : Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).

3. Experience with cloud-based data platforms : AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

4. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms : Supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement learning.

5. Knowledge of data governance : Data quality, data security, and data compliance.
