Front Desk Evening/ Graveyard Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionist position at senior retirement community. Job duties include processing phone calls, greet residents, visitors and family, and specific duties assigned to each shift. Part time averaging 16-24 hours per week can lead to full time; must be professional, reliable, flexible with scheduling and enjoy interacting with seniors. Must pass a Criminal Background Check; drug screening upon request.

Summary
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Utilizing core skills such as computer literacy, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities, you will manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and assist with clerical tasks. Your premium skills in Front desk management will enhance your ability to handle a multi-line phone system and provide support. With relevant skills in Microsoft Office, data entry, and customer support, you will ensure efficient office operations and a welcoming environment for all visitors. Qualifications
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience with excellent phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.70 - $15.50 per hour
