Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and report on account status.
- Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and nurture existing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technology or technical sales, with a strong understanding of account management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
